Housing Energy and Fuel Poverty Assessment Tool

The Centre for Sustainable Energy has developed the Housing Energy and Fuel Poverty Assessment Tool (HEAT) to help understand the current profile of fuel poverty at a regional and national level, and also develop a picture of the opportunity to retrofit the housing stock with measures to reduce carbon emissions and increase efficiency.
